Orders exceeding $100 will ship free of charge via priority mail with delivery confirmation.

Priority Mail
All other orders ship via priority mail with delivery confirmation for $5.95.

Express Delivery
Express delivery is also available upon request.

Return Policy

I am confident that you will be pleased with my jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) to Perfect Jewel for a refund within 10 days upon receipt of the shipment. A 10% restocking fee will be applied. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. Excluded from this policy are custom orders.

Any returned item should be packaged carefully and include all original packaging material, pouch or box. We suggest you return your item with an appropriate amount of insurance in the event of loss or damage. All items returned must be undamaged, unused, in the original packaging and include all parts.

Upon receipt of the item(s), I shall issue the refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Please note that I am not responsible for any item that have been damaged during transit. Such item(s) may be refused or assessed a fee for the damages.

Please return the jewelry within 10 days in good condition and the original packing.
